Some useful Information:
We raise only Nigerian Dwarf and Nubian breeds. Why? Because they have the highest butterfat content of all goat breeds and way higher then your cows milk even. Infact they have double the butterfat content that cow milk does. Did you know every other country beside the USA uses goats milk rather then cow milk due to how much healthier it is?
Butterfat is what creates cream. Cream is what makes cheese, butter, yogurts etc. If your unfamiliar it's pretty much Liquid Goat Gold. We always have thick cream lines on top of our milk after just 1 day in the fridge. This milk is amazing.
It is illegal to sell Raw Milk for human consumption in the state of NC so therefore all Jars must be labeled Not for human consumption.
